As this is an unprecedented and fluid situation, there may well be more cancellations, but we will ensure that they are posted here or on our home webpage.
Fenny Compton Methodist Chapel is a small chapel with a big heart. Indeed, the ornate, arched, gold and black ironwork gateway is the only visible sign of our chapel which is located on the village High Street opposite the local school. The gateway leads you up a very short path to the front door of the chapel and once inside the wonderful chapel opens up to you.
It was built in 1838 and in September 2013 we celebrated our 175th Anniversary.
We have a service each Sunday morning at 10:30am.
Every Friday, 10:00am--12:00noon, we have a coffee morning in our cottage rooms right next door to the chapel reached through the gateway. Rich in fellowship and the joy of light lunches every second Friday of the month. They are very popular with the people from our own village and surrounding villages.
People visit us when they are holidaying in the area. They stay on a boat on the local canal or at one of the local hostelries.
Everyone, including children welcome.
Please drop in on a Friday or Sunday. We look forward to meeting you.
